Private Collection Red
This wine has a bright ruby colour with aromas of cherry marmalade, plum, cinnamon and vanilla. This medium-bodied wine is round and elegant, with an attractive velvet texture.
Serve at 16-18°C with pasta served with red sauces, as well as veal, meatballs, steaks, pizza, grilled liver, sausage and soft cheeses.
Under proper storage conditions this wine can be aged and enjoyed for up to 6 years.
